The girls and staff at Hartnell College Bookstore are super friendly and very respectful. Every person working there made book purchase easy and helps look for books. Friendly positive attitude had lines busy, but hour long lines can happen at the beginning of the semester. The service is great and the transaction is just minutes. Everyone appreciate the great service.
I was struggling trying to access my digital book. Until Zeina helped, she was wonderful and was amazing and she was very pleasant while on the phone. I am very thankful for her help. She’s a real one :D
