“I urgently needed a gender reveal balloon and couldn't find one anywhere nearby, so I decided to make it myself. Thankfully, Heather from the balloon section came to the rescue. After explaining my situation, she kindly embraced my idea and immediately jumped in to help. She suggested a creative solution--placing the color inside a black balloon with glitter, double-layering it, and even covering the bottom with marker so the surprise would stay hidden. The balloon turned out beautifully, and it was exactly what I needed.

Throughout the entire process, Heather stayed calm, attentive, and treated my emergency as if it were her own. Without her kindness, creativity, and quick support, I wouldn't have been able to pull off this special event. I'm so thankful for her genuine care and professionalism--she truly went above and beyond!”

“Wonderful little coin and metal shop. They buzz you in at the door, so expect to wait outside if they're busy, but I arrived early so there wasn't anyone else there yet and she let right in. They don't pull much out into their display cases normally, so expect to come knowing what you're looking for or give Sara a call the day before to give her an idea of what you're interested in and she can set up one of the display cases for you. I was shopping for 90% dimes and she was nice enough to pull out a whole tray of them and let me sift through them looking for what I wanted while she helped several other customers wanting to sell her metal.
