“I urgently needed a gender reveal balloon and couldn't find one anywhere nearby, so I decided to make it myself. Thankfully, Heather from the balloon section came to the rescue. After explaining my situation, she kindly embraced my idea and immediately jumped in to help. She suggested a creative solution--placing the color inside a black balloon with glitter, double-layering it, and even covering the bottom with marker so the surprise would stay hidden. The balloon turned out beautifully, and it was exactly what I needed.
Throughout the entire process, Heather stayed calm, attentive, and treated my emergency as if it were her own. Without her kindness, creativity, and quick support, I wouldn't have been able to pull off this special event.
