Women's hair cut review only. Bangs got destroyed and hair was YANKED when brushing. I finally held down my hair to signal her to stop and she didn't even apologize. She just gave me the excuse that it was one hair knot. I came out with neck pain. Skip on Vicky plz

Absolutely great service!!! They got me in the last minute, and let me tell you, this place is FULL of talented people, super busy, but they never turned away a walk-in AMAZING 👏🏻.... Vicky (owner) was amazing. i showed her a few inspo pics, and she killed it ❤️ I will ABSOLUTELY be back!

I waited 2 HOURS just to a Haircut. In the store there was just a loud tv playing and a some weird noise came from the Vending machines. There was hair everywhere like The floors, Bathroom, and even outside. The Quality was ok but not the greatest. Next time I will go to a different location Except this place. If There was a zero stars I would put it.

There was a drunk lady getting her hair done, but she was harassing the customers. This woman was extremely intoxicated. She was claiming to be the owners friend. It was a very uncomfortable situation. My child n I walked away.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! First and last time I go to this run down salon. Don't waste your time here the ladies do a horrible job at cutting hair. Clearly don't know what they're doing. There's a middle aged woman working there with an awful attitude and looks you up and down with hatred. Terrible service, bad haircuts/services, not up to date with the hair trends. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

When I had arrived to Infinity Hair Studio I was greeted and I took a seat until my scheduled appointment at 1 p.m. while waiting patiently I've had notice a real relaxing atmospheric vibe, also the music thay was playing was very soothing to the soul almost like therapy. Hey Infinity Hair Studio I would like to extend my gratitude not just to the beautician named Stephany but I would like to say thank you to all the lady's that work there you've have made my experience there feel like I was a part of a privileged family member. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I came in for a SMALL trim and a SMALL V cut. I showed the lady exactly how short I wanted it and she said she could do it, obviously she doesn't know. I loved my hair and have always kept it long and healthy and she chopped it off plus it's so uneven. I didn't even want her near my hair with a pair of scissors anymore. I've never been so disappointed. Now I have to wait for it to grow out again. The lady didn't even charge me and admitted she "accidentally cut too much".

I have always come here to cut my hair and never left a review. I prefer this place than a Barber. In the past 4 years that I have been coming here they only messed up once on my hair but nothing that couldn't be fixed by asking them. They are friendly all the time, but also very busy.Service: Haircut
