“Once again, Deana has come to my mother's rescue. My Mom's homeowner's insurance was canceled, as she lives in an area that is at high risk for wild fires. Deana responded quickly (as usual) and has found another insurance co. for her. She also resolved another issue for my Mom last year. Deana is very professional and knowledgeable and patiently walks you through the process. We are so grateful to her for always caring and being there to help and can't recommend her highly enough!
