Loved stopping by “It’s Yoga Time” while in Salinas! It is a welcoming and cozy studio, and the class was led in a way that makes yoga accessible to all levels. Terry is amazing instructor who cares about her students. I left feeling so relaxed and stretched. ??? Thank you! I can’t wait to be back.
