“I took in a ring that lost the center stone. I decided I wanted the ring completely redesigned with a different stone. I explained to Doug what I had in mind, and he showed me several pictures, and we talked about the options until I finally made up my mind. Within a couple of days, he called and gave me an update on how things were going, and I had my new ring in just over a week. I am extremely happy with it!! He also looked at my wedding ring while I was in there and showed me I was on the verge of losing a diamond and fixed that as well. He was nice, professional and friendly. I will definitely use him again.”
