Friday 01/12, the guys on the afternoon shift from 1 pm onwards, especially the girl with terrible service, are rude racists. I went shopping and they treated us very badly.

Went in to get some embroidery and the "store manager", Bianca, was very rude and when I called to talk to her about it, she was even more rude. That store is horrible. And boxes everywhere. AVOID that store. And her.

Lines are big, always, even pre pandemic, they need to change location. Then once inside they rush you to choose.
