My first time here at this store. It took about 30 minutes for someone to help me. Joaquin, the store manager assisted me and informed there was not a lumber worker available today. He insisted AI is going to replace all the workers soon and refused to help me and told me to leave? He doesn’t know how to speak to customers, lacks soft skills. Will never come here again. Guess what, I found all the workers at customer service / returns desk socializing and laughing. Joaquin Needs more training on accepting feedback and coming up with appropriate customer responses. I would say hire more employees but we all know the CEO of Lowe’s wants a higher salary and millions in stock.

We went in for blinds. The employee that cut them to the right size was nice and helpful. I ask to be directed to other items, and they walk you to it or give u specific directions. I love this store, especially their garden section🙂

It is like a ghost store. No employees when you need them. Some do not have what they need to help customers. Customers service is very slow and shitty. No sense of urgency. Had to go to Home Depot. Home Depot was definitely on point. Sorry just being honest. Hire more employees Lowe's.

Online delivery has become the worst . Ordered items from this store that were in stock . Next day delivery . Never received. Lowe’s stated delivered but no photo of delivery and was left on hold with the store when called in for over 39 minutes ! They need to get their delivery crew up to par . Unacceptable to pay a delivery fee and never receive the order . I will not be purchasing from this Lowe’s location again !

Lowes, just 3 blocks from my house. It's convenient to visit for my hardware needs. I really have a warm feeling for this place. They have or had special parking slots for veterans. As of a few days ago, the signs were missing. A customer service member stated that the signs had been taken and new replacements had been ordered. It is going to be a long four years.

Really need to make sure that the basic items that a hardware store should carry are in stock. Too. Often. These days you go in and find the items are not being restocked and you have to go somewhere else. If this continues I shall simply keep going somewhere else and leave Lowe's behind.

I had a very frustrating experience at this store. I waited nearly two hours just for someone to help me get lumber from the top shelves. During that time, I tried asking staff questions, but no one seemed to have any knowledge or be able to provide helpful answers.
I arrived at 6:00 PM and didn’t leave until 9:30 PM — and finally got the assistance I needed. There was no manager or supervisor around to help, and it honestly felt like the store was running itself with no oversight.
Really disappointing experience overall.

Sabrina at Lowe's is so sweet and helpful. Spent a lot of time with us picking out our new door and appliances. Awesome ? Don't go to HD, they suck. We will definitely go back for other big ticket items. And although HD is much closer, Lowe's has better customer service. so worth the extra 25 min drive. The 5 stars is just for her.
Update: front door arrived with a small damage, went through what felt like chinese water torture method of trying to get a hold of customer service... eventually damage remedied. But only because I emailed Sabrina. However, customer service is still woefully lacking. I called the credit/ rewards card customer service # and the agent was incredibly rude. Sigh.

This location is awful with assistance. I tried paging for assistance 3x in the flooring section and even calling the stor to see about getting assistance because nobody responded to the page from the other store associates. I've been waiting over 30 minutes with zero assistance. ?
Do not recommend getting assistance for your flooring needs here at all.

I was so lost on what size to get for my window (heat control tint) I came with a picture of my window and had the measurements down. FYI I don’t know anything about measuring but simply measured my window came in and got help from a nice lady named Annamarie I believe that’s how you spell her name. But thank you so much for your help and kindness.
