I made an appointment with ample was asked to be there by 10 am @ 10:30 I asked the status of my appointment, the person was given a phone call she did not sound apologetic at all she was on speaker and she said "if she wants tell her to wait..." I walked out!

cuando llamé literalmente minutos antes de aparecer, pedí a Angélica que hiciera una cita. Dijeron que estaba fuera para una reunión y no ha regresado y que se suponía que iba a estar allí a las 3:30 pero aún no lo ha hecho. entonces aparezco y a quien veo cortando cabello... angelical. así que escribí mi nombre y me senté. y ella dijo si alguien lo ayudaría, pero yo estaba listo para que ella me cortara el pelo. pero no se suponía que debía estar allí porque dijeron que se había ido. Entonces ella me dijo, oh, otra dama puede cortarte el cabello y no estaba tan seguro porque nunca había visto su trabajo. y luego procedí a decir que no puedo cortarte el pelo va a ser un tiempo tengo tres niños pequeños para cortar el pelo. pero por teléfono hace cinco minutos me dijeron que no estaba en la tienda. y luego la señora que me cortó el cabello trató de decirme que mi caja era recta pero se puede ver mi cabello curvado en el medio. por eso quería a angélica porque ella realmente sabe cómo cortarme el pelo.

I do not recommend this place to anyone--poor customer service. I went, and I signed up on the waiting list, but they never called me. I felt that the hair stylist were jumping my name. I stayed there for more than one hour waiting, but nothing was happening. They made me think that they probably won't cut people of my caliber, which was rude. Rude employees, and they didn't help with anything.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I wrote my name on the waiting list & was there for over 45 min. I waited so long because they would pick people that they knew first , I let it slide 3 times but on the 4th I spoke up. They said that person had an appointment but he did not , none of them did!! If they see someone they know you’ll be skipped. Not professional at all, go somewhere else don’t waste your time.

They do not have a good system, they do not follow the list and they literally will skip you just because they know the person or are acquaintances. Very unprofessional and borderline sexist, always do the Man first even when there were women waiting way longer. Horrible.

Angélica was awesome. She kept asking me every step of the way if "that was the way" I wanted my hair, shorter, longer... She wanted to make sure it was what I wanted.It's hard to find a stylist that won't criticize your choice in hair cut and them doing it all wrong.She was awesome and will be my new stylist from now on.
