“The UPS store that's inside the Salinas nob Hill is absolutely wonderful. The customer service is on point and very friendly. I am very happy with the issue I had to have resolved here for my Amazon return. 🌹🔥”
“We had a great experience at The UPS Store.
We came in specifically to have a document notarized, and the employee who assisted us was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful throughout the process.
Since we already had our shipping label ready to go, he was able to take the papers right then and there to send it out, saving us an extra step.
The store itself was clean, and well-organized, which made for a smooth visit.
Additionally, the location had plenty of parking available, making it easy to get in and out quickly.
Overall, it was a quick, and efficient visit.”

“I made my reservation and paid for it over the phone with a customer service person who was very helpful and efficient. When I arrived on the first day to receive my lock and to meet Nigel, he was extremely pleasant and professional and answered all of my questions even though I felt like I bugged him a lot he continued to be very helpful and professional. Overall so far a very pleasant and positive experience.”
