I only give one ? because I had a bad experience in this place, when I went to buy my Samsung A11 cell phone everything was very good, the girl was very friendly, but on the second day my cell phone started to fail in calls and on the third day I took it and They didn't want to change it, so I went 4 times on different days and in the end the girl didn't want to help me anymore, the other guy didn't want to help me and I only lost my money because I had to buy another cell phone somewhere else.That's why I wouldn't recommend this place to buy a cell phone, when you have a problem with it they don't help you solve it. Arrived here from another Metro Pcs store that doesn't follow through their opening hours that are posted online. Customer service was really lovely. Jessica and Junior were really helpful in what we needed. My upcoming business and purchases will be brought to this store from now on.

This is by far the only store that I will go to because the people work there know what they're doing and they gave me free accessory every time I buy a phone for myself and family if you go there moe, Jessica and Estella will really take care of anything h you need

Yes here at metro they do have great deals and if a phone u like is outta your cost they find one just like it & try and get U the best deals ppl.who work there are helpful and polite that was my experience with Metro PCS
