I was a little surprised at the price for the services. That said, the manager did work with me to pare down the services to the critical requirements.
Thet were courteous and respectful and did quality work.

Scammers!! Did my brakes last year cost was over $600. for front brajes. Took car back cuz car was shaking when braking. Told me it wasn't warranted it was guna cost over $600. I said u guys didn't fix brakes correct the first time. They over charge for brake service .

I brought my BMW in for a part that was replaced 11 months ago. It should be under warranty, but the service person said that it was another part that I changed. I know specifically saw installed the part that was replaced and now they want another $317 to replace it again, no way I took my key back and I was actually going to change my oil filter there, but I don’t think I’m gonna ever use my again . By the way, the part is $16.51 on eBay and I think I’m gonna try to replace it myself and save $300. Possibly they had noted the wrong part number previously.

I had a 9:00am appointment on 5/16/24 for an oil change in which I booked 2 days in advance. When I got there, they said there would be a 2 hour wait time. I kindly said, " I can't wait. I was very disappointed.
So what are the appointments for?

They did my water pump and decided not to upsell me on the cam and crank seals because they were not needed. I definitely appreciated the honesty

Im not one to write reviews but the service this place has given is outstanding. Ive never used Midas but decided to give them a try regarding my Chevy HD 3500 and all I can say is that I thought good service was a thing of the past until I came here. I came here on two occasions one for brakes and the other for a coolant leak and both days they had my truck ready as promised. The team here is amazing from both service techs to the technicians. Id like to give them all a huge thank you and appreciate honest and upfront service! I will definitely will be bringing my Buisness here from now on. Thanks!
