“Been going here for years. Today was my last day at this place, they lost a loyal customer. They also never answer the phone, ever. IMO Staff not trained enough, they should inform you exchange rates as you are making the transaction & my fault for not double checking. Its on my way home so usually I go in & out and trust the person on the other side.. I made the transaction with the young lady & when I got to my car I realized the rate wasn’t the one mentioned it was less. I sent a little over $1,000 dollars. Gentlemen in the front explained I could have split into 2 transactions for better exchange rate when I questioned the rate & wasted his time explaining the costs for the actual transaction when I had already stated the same exact thing. (because he wasn’t paying attention to me) throws the receipt back at me. Literally.”
