I would never recommend a Kia. Mostly for customer service issues. Kia had my car a whole month because my car with 30,000 miles transmission failed so they had to put a new one. Then when they finally received my transmission, it took them another two weeks because they said they “ran out” of transmission fluid and had to wait to get the fluid.

I took my car to get service regularly here. Last time I took it I notice they didn't wash and it and the RO said no wash even thou they always washed it in the past. I'm assuming because I didn't want to spend money on the extra recommendations that they didn't wash it out of spite of the advisor.

The Service department is flat-out stupid. There is a recall for USB port which disconnects every 5 minutes & service "technician" says maybe wrong cable or plug in (I've bought & tried 5 cables!). Trunk rattles & on forums, everyone talks about the issue & "technician" said that it must be my things in truck (it is 100% empty!?!)

It is rare that I take the time to review anything but here I am posting. I didn’t end up buying a car here because I couldn’t make the finances work. But I can’t say enough about how straight forward and honest they were at this dealership. No games, no gimmicks. Socrates was great, super helpful. I didn’t buy from them today but I will definitely be eyeing them for my next car purchase.

ZERO STARS FOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I wouldn’t waste your time at this location. No accountability, lack of transparency and ZERO hustle in the department which explains the long wait time for techs to service vehicles. Basic service at 3+hours wait time with an appointment. There really isn’t an excuse and if you speak to management the solution is to take your car without service being completed or of course to skip the complimentary quick wash if you wish to continue to camp out and wait. Freakin disappointing to say the least.

Just had one of the worst test drives ever. We started with one sales guy who was steering me towards an electric suv. When we heard about the range, we decided to forgo a test drive in that car and inquired about a stinger. He passed us on to a different sales person and this is where it went down hill. When we told him we were looking for a stinger GT2, he suggested a genesis. We looked at it and decided to take it for a spin. He took a copy of my driver's license then got in the back. I thought he did that because he needed to be with us to get some gas in the car since it had 23 miles left. And then after, he would let us take it for a test drive. No. That isn't what happened. He directed me literally around the block them back into the parking lot and waited for me to turn off the car. I asked if that was it and he said he needed to tell them we need fuel. So I asked again and he said yes. As soon as I turned off the car and started to get out he asked my HUSBAND if he wanted to talk about the payments? First, I'M the one who would be buying it, second, I'm not going to talk about a car that I only drove around the block, and third, we don't negotiate on payments. John needs to learn a few things about selling cars. I was done when he did that. Absolutely done. I was insulted and will not return. I'll drive a ways to another dealer so I don't have to run into him again.

To bad you couldn’t leave ZERO stars. I dropped off my car at 8am for an appointment, went back in at 230pm and they still haven’t even pulled it into the garage. So I asked the service guy who looked straight outta high school for an update…. (Front desk) “um…. We should get back to u around 5pm with an update. So I said, um… go get me my car. I will never step foot in that place again. Real bummer too , my last service advisor Jez was a solid guy to deal with.What an operation…….. F-Do not spend your money here. What a joke…

Great service department. Good communication Asked them to rotate tires and they also checked my brakes. Good thing because my brakes needed changing. The saved me from a possible accident. They were able to change brakes same day with on hour wait. $450 for this appointment

Had a wonderful experience with our salesman. Polite, not pushy. My only issue was the dealer mark up fee. Not going to pay extra, just because. Will likely purchase elsewhere.

$195 for nothing! I asked them to program a key fob. They said it would not program and still charged me $195. I was considering buying a new car there but now I will find another dealership to work with.

Very disappointed to find out that during my last oil change here they did not replace the oil filter. Went to jiffy lube this time around and the filter “crumbled” while taking it out. Their best guess is that it was never replaced. Even got the oil changed prior to the recommended interval.

Worst car buying experience you could imagine.If you are a local resident and/or military DO NOT buy from here. Unprofessional and scummy selling tactics.I had come in several times looking for a Kia Forte. I was upfront about the price I wanted and told them I don't want to waste their time. If they can't make my price then we can talk and if I'm wasting their time I would apologize and leave.We finally agreed on the price and came in to buy the car. They offered me a great price and were very professional up to this point. But right before they ran my credit I asked to have the price in writing with taxes and everything. Sales associate left for 30 minutes and came back with a different price then what we agreed on. They marked me up an extra $1,000 (an extra $1k before taxes and all other fees)!I asked if there was some confusion or mix up but they said this the NEW price and it went up in the last 30 minutes. A total bait and switch right before buying! I talked with them and they were adamant about the price. I even offered to meet me in the middle but they still wouldn't budge.I told them I can't do that price and I apologized and left.As I am leaving THE MANAGER said "Bye Felicia" sheepishly from behind his desk ('Bye Felicia' is a millennial term to call someone a loser or stupid after they leave). Very unprofessional and rude from someone who's running a company. I understand if they don't want to sell me a car at my price but don't waste my time and their time by bait and switching me. Further more don't act like a middle schooler in a professional environment.I dodged a bullet by walking away and went to Honda across the street. They immediately got me the car I wanted with the right price. Professional team and crew at Honda Salinas unlike My KIA Salinas.

Talk about under promise and over perform. These guys said it would take 2 weeks and 2 days to replace an engine. They got it done in 9 days. And it was all under warranty so it cost me zero dollars. Super friendly and great customer service. I'm extremely happy with the help they provided.
