First time using this dealership, came here for service issue on new Sentra after issues with Gilroy Nissan. What a difference. Service advisor, Jez I believe, was professional, pleasant, listened, great communications. Explained things clearly without talking down to the customer. Our experience at My Nissan in Salinas was fantastic. The salesperson Mike L. was very personable and professional. He was able to offer us the truck we were looking for and took the time to explain all the features and functions available during the test drive. He and Tino in finance were able to process our trade in, payoff it's existing balance and secure us an excellent loan. This was my first time servicing our Frontier at My Nissan.
It was the best experience ever.
Ramiro was great from the moment we met.
My appointment was at 3pm, but I had to take the truck earlier due to my work schedule.
I left it at 11:30 am and it was ready by 12:30pm!!
I received a video with a work progress update (very impressive) and they also washed the truck for me.
I will definitely come back.
It is nice to see a dealership making customer satisfaction a priority.

Lio and Ramiro were very professional and made the early morning check-in great. Made sure the service was what was discussed. I received the cool text with video of what was happening with the car. Received text message when both vehicles were completed and ready to pick up.

I went in for a recall in my key fob. I bought my Nissan from a different Nissan dealership in the area and after my experience there I swore I would never purchase from a Nissan dealership again but this group changed my mind. The customer service and detail shown was 150% for such a small service being done. Special shout out to the shuttle driver!! He was awesome.
