If I could give 0 stars, I would. BE CAREFUL TAKING TIUR CAR HERE! They specialize in fraudulent transactions with customers. They will charge you for a service that IS NOT PHYSICALLY DONE only down on paper and the customer PAYS for the service not provided. We took out Titan for a simple oil change and they asked if we wanted our tires rotated adjusted. We said yes and paid the extra money. When we picked up the truck, ROTATION WAS NOT DONE! We had to tell them. Then they agreed and confessed that that had not actually done it. So we asked for the extra $20 refunded. THEN as we’re driving, the truck began making a flapping noise. When we pulled over to investigate, it turns out the oil is leaking and the bottom of the truck part was not put on correctly! Please se the picture of how my truck looks now….DO NOT GO HERE!

Service advisor was very helpful I was well taken care of and he explained the service that I was getting. Also with the informative video the mechanics showed. I do recommend coming to My Nissan for any future services and repairs.

ZERO STARS FOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I wouldn’t waste your time at this location. No accountability, lack of transparency and ZERO hustle in the department which explains the long wait time for techs to service vehicles. Basic service at 3+hours wait time with an appointment. There really isn’t an excuse and if you speak to management the solution is to take your car without service being completed or of course to skip the complimentary quick wash if you wish to continue to camp out and wait. Freakin disappointing to say the least.

I was Greeted promptly upon arrival. I was asked about the services I required and given recommendations. The Tech did a video of my services that were needed and not needed at this time. Lionila kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and was accurate with her estimate of price and time to complete my service.

My sales rep, Geovany!!!! He was great! My first visit, I wasn't sure what I wanted, I just wanted to see cars in person. He showed me around and explained pros of each (he was very knowledgeable). And then he asked if I had considered the Telluride. I had not even looked at Kia, but he had me sold. There was 1 on the lot, but it was an order, so I couldn't drive it. As soon as a "driveable" one came in, he made sure I got a chance to test drive it, even though there were other potential buyers. I left thinking I was going to order one because of the short supply, but Geo was in constant communication - not the pushy kind like HE wanted to make a sale, but the thoughtful kind of letting me know any time one came in, even if it wasn't exactly what I wanted. It was always a pleasure to talk to him and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. Finally, THE CAR came in. I was busy that day, so he held onto it until 5:00, and patiently waited while I worked on some bank stuff. By the time I figured it out, it was too late and the car hadn't been cleaned or inspected, so he had me come back the following day. Half the detail/mechanic crew was out, so again we were in constant communication with the proper time for me to return to not waste my time. I really liked his attentiveness, knowledge, consideration, and just overall personability. He's a keeper!

I've been getting my vehicle serviced here for almost 10 years. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The videos the technician takes during the service are excellent.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Ran into Mike Levine, sales person who sold me the vehicle, he asked if I was happy with my truck and service. He's very personable and genuinely cares that Nissan products and services are good. I'm very happy with Nissan.

The entire staff that I interacted with were personable, empathetic, kind, and listened well. Jez was informative and pleasant. Thank you to all the staff for a positive experience.A point to work on is a shuttle or to have a Lyft to take clients work or home while the work is being performed.

I liked the quick service of getting checked in and appreciated the complimentary coffee, clean waiting room, and bathroom. I liked the video of my service. The 3 signatures on 3 pieces of paper can be resolved by implementing an ERP system integrated with the entire operations and making everything digital.
