“I've been coming here for as long as I can remember and I'm always happy with my interactions, so this review is really long overdue. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful, ready with recommendations for my fur babies healthy dietary foodie needs. Clean and organized the animals here are cared for lovingly. Prepared and ready for their new homes as they are regularly handled so they can easily adapt to their new human caregivers. I love the variety of nutritional options and is always a great value. They offer pet grooming boarding, and even have a traveling veterinarian vaccination clinic that comes once a month for a few hours, if you want a fast in and out service for your dog or cat. Nikki is one of my favorites, she always greets me with a smile! I recommend this one stop pet shop to anyone looking for that personal touch and experience above any corporate store, I will always shop my local small business as there really is something to be said about the small mom and pop shops that give a warm feeling that you'll always want to come back to. If I could give 5 more stars I would”

“Greeted upon arrival, every time. Mostly friendly staff - the groom room is like a party (in the best, most professional way). And they usually have a good stock. If your puppy is an excited pee-er like mine, they do have cleaning supplies sprinkled around the store.”

“Wanted to give a shout out! I don't remember the gentleman's name who helped me load... but he felt that the stacked feed bags were giving off some heat. He "sacrificed" one of the bags to open it and check it, gave me the option to come smell it myself and decide. Allowed me to take a different feed instead. Thanks for looking out and paying attention!!”
