Grooming dept: I called ahead for a WALK IN nail trim. They said come right in so I did. The kid at the computer had a dog with him and said we’re busy. Come back in 10 minutes. So I did. Same kids still at the computer with the same dog And says I’ll be right with you as he stares at the screen, at this point it’s obvious he just doesn’t want to help me. One of the other girls says put the dog in the back so he says OK so he gets up and goes to the back and I’m still waiting. Finally, a guy comes in behind me and the kid comes out from the back with the dog so he was never gonna put the dog away. Finally when he decides to help me at this point, I believe I’ve already lost 20 to 25 minutes of my time he tells me pets rabies expired last month which is fine my bad, but that was the worst service ever and not the first time either. It’s for me, not worth the risk of wasting my time again , also their app doesn’t allow to book nail trims so I’m always at their mercy and just tired of it. Go if you have nowhere to be and have unlimited patience for poor service.

a little pricy but has a large selection of dog and cat items. They are pet friendly too incase i want my pet to choose their sweater or dog bowl lol

Took my very dirty dog in. Very nice staff, Olivia did a wonderful job!! He looked and smelt so good when I picked him up!! Thank you. See you guys again soon!!

I am very disappointed and angry with this PetSmart location. I booked an appointment for my dog Mancha's. She did not require a haircut since her hair is very manageable. She did need a bath and de-shedding process, since her specific breed sheds a lot and it can become quite hectic at times. When she was picked up from her appointment, there where some patches of hair missing, some areas that exposed some bleeding and some looked like her coat was yanked. This isn't the first she has received a bath or de-shedding at a store, which is what baffled me. I called the groomer just to get informed that no one cut her hair or such. Yet the proof is clearly visible. Certainly won't be returning to this shop anymore.
I am a big fan of PetSmart in general, but unfortunately i am very disappointed after today's events.

For all your pet needs. No problems with this location or service. These stores always have what your looking for...service, supplies, or/and the brand names!

Greeted upon arrival, every time. Mostly friendly staff - the groom room is like a party (in the best, most professional way). And they usually have a good stock. If your puppy is an excited pee-er like mine, they do have cleaning supplies sprinkled around the store.
