I went to order a sandwich when I stood at the counter or sent it for three or four minutes and just got ignored. There was a female and a male. They’re both cleaning the counter. They just got done fulfilling some other orders but they chose to ignore me all right that’s really bad. Customer service in my opinion and I left without getting my sandwich.

Great Pilot. Clean restrooms.... Snacks and coffee. Plenty of pumps for many cars and trucks. 🚛 Semi's have their own pumps.

They're not cleaning the shower. 9 people waiting, 5 room with the door open and nothing is moving. This place doesn't care at all about the driver.

PUMPS CUTOFF WAY TOO SOON for many months I've complained to management here that their gas pumps are NOT PROPERLY CALIBRATED! So far apparently they corrected only two of the pumps I have reported and maybe my van is a bit sensitive BUT ALL OTHE STATIONS have no problems. Today it stopped about 4 gallons short of a full tank but some of the other pumps recently would not even let me get a gallon in before I quit and went elsewhere. MAYBE THEY DON'T CARE about maximizing sales as their price is one of best around here? It is frustrating for me as I pump well over $15,000 of gas a year in company van and sure would prefer a full tank every time I stop at a station! Still giving 4 stars for price, safety (CANNOT say that about the Arco across the street from here), cleanliness, snacks and shopping here is all great.

Although there is no one in the rooms, 8-10 people are waiting in line due to cleaning, we have been waiting in line for about 1 hour and no one comes and goes

Parked here ti sleep in a reserved parking spot. Next thing I know I get woke up in the middle of my sleep becuz of a security guard that can read his paper and know that I payed to park in a reserved parking spot. I've been to a lot of Pilots and this has been my worse experience.
