Couldn't say enough nice things about the service and professionalism exhibited by Edgar. Very friendly, very personable and very fair. Took care of my issue almost immediately upon arriving and even saved me a few bucks. In the future I will go here for all my IID calibrations and lockout issues. Thanks for your help. I have brought my cars to Edgar's shop for many routine things and have always gotten quick and courteous service. Recently I took in my old VW with a complicated and mysterious problem. Edgar very carefully and systematically did troubleshooting of the problem, identified the root cause, and took care of it economically. His ethical and responsible attitude really put me at ease, and he and his team did a great job. I very highly recommend Prunedale Auto Service -- a truly caring business.
