The last appointment I had the receptionist pushed me out the door telling me they would call me to remind me of my next appointment. I asked for a card with the appointment time and date refused said it would be in my app. THEY NEVER CALLED AND NEVER LEFT A VOICEMAIL. And it was never added to my app. When I called asking when my appointment was the first person I talked to couldn't even find it. At that time she told me she was sorry they didn't call. She rescheduled me and said that it would be put in my app. It never showed up. Their answering service is also very RUDE. Dena may be a good vet but not worth the disrespectfulness of her incompetent staff. They didn't do what they said they were going to do and basically didn't give me the card with the time and date of the appointment because they just wanted me out the door because it was the end of the day. I wouldn't recommend going to this vet at all. If I could give zero stars it would be zero. Zero for customer service.

The entire office is pleasant and easy to work with. I always feel like they truly have our pets' best interest at heart. Many other veterinarian offices are obviously more concerned about the business end of things than the health of the animals. I often feel like the other offices are trying to up-sell you. Dr. Dena Eckerdt will voluntarily tell you that you can buy products and medications from her but it is much cheaper other places. They also are great with my pets, even the very difficult ones.

Thank you for your help! They were very honest and reasonably priced! Sometimes it can be difficult to get ahold of the receptionist there (if they are on the other line there is just a long repeated beep). Maybe they will consider getting a new phone system. But call back when their lines are open and they’re super helpful! Highly recommend. I will be using them again.

Was a very nice visit! Loved how they allowed me to stay in the room the whole time they took care of my fur baby. Everyone was very friendly, calm and relaxed. I am definitely taking my dogs there from now on!

Dena is incredible! Handles my reactive dog very firmly and well without sedation (which many other vets have requested). Wonderful vet and staff.

Been a loyal customer for 5 years with four animals had an appointment on Saturday and was treated with such disrespect by staff. We barely made it out of the car when the assistant immediately started to shout and say we owed $100 fee for missed appointments. We were unaware of the appointments and had no problem paying their fee but there was no need for the yelling and degrading behavior shown by this employee. Sad to say we are definitely taking our business elsewhere. Would highly recommend the owner to keep a close eye on the way the staff is treating loyal customers

Called to have my dog looked at after he got into an accident and staff denied him even though it was emergency. Take your pets elsewhere. Staff doesn’t care.

The appointment went great. The vet was wonderful with my dog. Verry gentle and considering. Kona, our 71-pound red nose pit bull was calm during examination. Verry smooth

The employees were very kind, patient, and gentle with my border collie while she was getting her rabies shot (she’s very anxious and unfriendly towards strangers). If this is read by the employees thank you!!!!
