I was a little taken aback by the appearance of the front of the office. It was not clearly signed in front. The door was rather imposing and the parking was atrocious. I like the San Jose St. site much better, but the man and the services were top notch, as always.

Quest should train the staff better so that they don't call patients letting them know to schedule an appnt to get their results from the doctor... Focus on what u know how to do [pricking patients with needles] not being a call service for doctors ...
