As much as I like shopping at Ross, this is one of my least favorites. The store just has an unkempt look. I understand that shoppers can leave items in a disarray, but from the outside overfilled garbage to the messy racks, this Ross needs work.

There are never enough cashiers. I am currently waiting in a long line just for a return and there is only one lady checking people out. My daughter likes to shop here, but I don’t let her go if we don’t have a ton of time because it takes way too long to check out.

I walked into the store and was followed around by the manager. She was rude and raised false allegations of theft referring to her guy up front informed her. When I questioned him he had no clue to what I was talking about meanwhile she interrupted our conversation by pushing her large body weight in-between us and basically said some more lies. Lies and very embarrassing comments in front of other customers. I was told to wait outside and she would come outside to show the picture of me stealing from their. Well the lies accumulated and I was even denied access to her name. Cowards are real liars and overweight negative attitudes are a disgrace to the public how disrespectful she was!!!! Disgraceful she should be ashamed.

If you want to buy something that is really in style at a low price this is the place to go to they got a lot of name brands at a discounted price and for plus size women they've got plenty of clothes for us to now you're going to wait in line it's usually a long all the ladies are working and are aware that you're waiting but it's worth the wait to get the good price and to walk out feeling like you're rich because you bought a lot of stuff that you really like and you will use it. Should not have to wait countless minutes to buy a single item...line to the registers are already backing up to the end of the store at 10AM...I honestly don't understand why there isn't a separate line for returns and exchanges. Hopefully this issue will be addressed.

SHOULD not have to wait nearly 30 minutes in line just to buy one item...perhaps Ross should implement Self checkout lines...
