Ross Dress for Less is an absolute gem! It's my go-to spot for affordable and stylish finds. The store offers a wide variety of clothing, home goods, accessories, and more at amazing prices. However, sometimes the organization could be better, as things might be a bit scattered. Overall, it's a must-visit for anyone looking for quality items without breaking the bank!

Great selection of items to shop. Shaquetta in particular made my experience the other day so incredible. She was monitoring the dressing rooms and every time I came out in something new, she was showering me in compliments telling me how amazing I looked in that piece. Shaquetta was not judgmental in the least about what I was trying on and even asked which dressing room I preferred. I would shop at this store again because of the incredibly positive experience she gave me. Thank you Shaquetta!

The worst store I've ever been to, the security guards following you thinking you're going to steal, and even when I went to the checkout they asked me if the "Mario" that was my cell phone case I would also pay for. I had to show him that it was just my cell phone in my pocket. Super embarrassed about this. Bad service.

Packed, beyond packed, racks are so close together yoy cant have more than one person between them and stacked two high you can't see sizes or remove them without messing up the clothes. Clothes piled everywhere. Line took 30min to get through. I did find some good deals to buy but I will find a different ross to go to the next time.

I'm truly not sure how this place has over 3 stars. I have not ONCE been in here and the lines aren't to the clothing. One time, no lie it was past the dressing rooms which are at the rear of the store.There is clearly a staffing issue. I don't know if it's management, the pay or the hours, or maybe a combination of all 3. This store is completely trashed. Everywhere you go there are clothing items, garbage and just chaos. Alarms in the shoe area are just ignored by security standing at the front on their phones.I love Ross, but this location, it just appears there is no pride. I've worked retail, it's a very hard job. Lots of standing, customers cam be rude and messy, but the way the store looks is a direct reflection on how the staff feel.Now I will say NONE of the staff were rude, my post isn't about customer service, it's about the upkeep and overall respect of the property.

North main Ross. Over years noticed management is so unfriendly and rude which feels like it is resulting in bad customer service and horrible judgement to honest customers. overall experience is very unwelcoming. Compared to many other rosses this one is the most uncomfortable to be in . As a shopper who has worked in retail over 12 years ,this team under the obvious management of store would suggest keep emotions at home and teach associates to do so as well. Nothing positive changed on the outer view so decided to review.
