I want to thank Salinas Honda for their support during my car search. Although I did purchase from another location that was a better fit for my circumstances, I am genuinely impressed by the customer service and care shown here. Giovanni was absolutely wonderful to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to helping me find the right car. The level of customer service at this dealership is excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend Salinas Honda to anyone looking for a Honda. The team there is really helpful. They will make sure you get the right car for you and will make sure you leave happy. Diego and Mike made us feel welcome and truly cared about what we were looking for. I definitely would recommend any one who wants an honest hard working sales person to go and ask for Diego.

BAD EXPERIENCE OSCAR THE SERVICE MANAGER. BASICALLY TOLD ME TO TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. AND THE GENERAL MANAGER KICK ME OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP TODAY. I BOUGHT EXTENDED WARRANTY AND MY CAR HAS A BUNCH OF FACTORY DEFECTS. RECALLS. BAD ALIGNMENT. I MADE A COMPLAINT TO HONDA CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT SEEMS IM GETTING NOWERE MY 2022 HONDA CIVIC WITH ALMOST 36000 MILES IS A LEMON. AND I JUST WANNA GET OUT OF THIS MESS. IT CAUSES MY DEPRESSION TO ESCALATE AND TOUGHTS NOT WANTING TO LIVE BECAUSE IM BEING ABUSED. HUMILIATED. ROBBED. AND FINAL PRICE OF WHEN I FINISH PAYING IT OFF ITS AROUND $40,000 DOLLARS. WORST INVESTMENT IN MY LIFE.. WHICH I BOUGHT BRAND NEW FROM SALINAS HONDA

I just went to Salinas Honda for options to get help out paying off my loan. Unfortunately no one was at reception to guide us but Richard Amador came to help us out, he was patient, helpful, he spoke Spanish to help my mom understand, and he even open his own app on his phone to show us how to do it. Props to him, being patient with me and my mom. Thank you Richard!

A month after I got my car the tire pressure light came on they had me take it in they said they fixed it but now it's going on again my car was making noises and then I took it to go get to the engine light came on so I went and took it to get it checked and now it says that my catalytic converter is not working properly I tried to take it back to them to fix it and they said it was going to cost me about $1,000 that they couldn't fix it because I didn't buy the $3,000 warranty when I bought the car the guy that sold it to me knew there was something wrong with the car and was dishonest with me now I'm stuck with this car I paid over $8,000 for it and now I'm supposed to pay another maybe $5,000 to get it fixed the guy that sold it to me was I think Jim or James cash don't ever go to that place I'm almost done paying off my car and now I'm stuck with the messed up car I will never purchase a car from them again

Salinas Honda is an excellent dealership. I’ve purchased several Hondas over the years and have worked with different dealerships, but this was my first experience with Salinas Honda after a friend recommended them. From the start, everyone I interacted with was helpful, courteous, and professional.
That said, Omar Rocha truly stood out. He’s an absolute rock star! Omar went above and beyond to secure a great deal for me on my new Honda while keeping the entire process smooth and drama-free — something that’s not always easy to find in car buying.
What really impressed me, though, was what happened after the sale. Due to a mix-up with my rental car company, I unexpectedly faced the hassle of having to drive a four-hour round trip to return the rental. Without hesitation, Omar stepped in to help. He personally returned the rental car for me — even dealing with poor service from the rental agency — and kept me updated with photos and text messages throughout the process.
That kind of customer service is rare these days. Omar’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication turned what could have been a major headache into a positive experience. I’m truly grateful for his help and highly recommend both him and Salinas Honda. I rarely write reviews, but this one was absolutely worth it.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Salinas Honda pulled one of the most manipulative, dishonest stunts I’ve ever experienced at a dealership.
I was sent a written quote with the exact price for a one-pay lease and confirmed it nearly ten times with multiple people (Jim & Andre) — including right before I drove over 3 hours to get there. Every single time, I was told this was the final price. Even when I walked in the door, I made sure to get explicit confirmation from the salesman about the exact quote.
Then comes the “manager” Alex who was EXTREMELY rude, arrogant, and condescending. He suddenly claimed “the deal didn’t exist” and tried to charge me over $1,000 more than the written quote I had in hand. When we were rightfully furious about wasting our time and being lied to, he shrugged and said there was “nothing he could do,” even though it was his dealership that gave the quote and confirmed it repeatedly. He even told us we “shouldn’t trust what the salespeople say” — which is insane considering the quote and confirmations were in writing from his team.
And here’s the kicker: Alex ultimately refused to sell us the car at all because he was afraid we’d give the dealership a bad survey score. So they lied, wasted hours of our time, tried to scam us, and then turned us away entirely because they didn’t want to be held accountable.
This dealership operates in bad faith. It feels like a bait-and-switch scam run by people who have zero integrity or respect for customers. If this is how they treat you before a sale, imagine how bad it would be after.
Do yourself a favor — save yourself the time and the headache, never buy from Salinas Honda & don’t trust the management, especially Alex, at all.

My husband and I recently purchased our second Honda CR-V from Salinas Honda. Andre, our young salesman, was friendly, polite, and clearly showed an interest in what we wanted in a new car. Andre made the experience of purchasing a vehicle less stressful, guiding us through the process like a pro. We are happy with Salinas Honda's staff and service department.

Do not come here! Horrible experience at this Service Department! No customer Service skills! No shuttle Service! No Complimentary wash on your vehicle even though you’re spending well over 100 for a basic oil change! Thank God I did not get service package at this Dealership!! Will be taking my service elsewhere. On top of it I asked to speak to a manager and they said they had no managers on site that they’ll be gone for the next two days I can’t believe there is no one in charge here. I will much rather take my money to Ford, Chevy or Toyota where people are friendly and care for costumers because they clearly don’t care about you here. Their only interest is to upsell you or sell their vehicles. I wish it was Sam Linder Honda where they actually cared about the customer!

Thank you to Luis and John! They have a good selection of cars and everyone I worked with was very capable. Luis understood my needs, gave informative answers, and helped me to trade in my vehicle. Also his demo drive was helpful. I am very happy with my new car. The entire process was smooth and effiecient, I even got my new license plate in a few weeks which is much faster than other car dealears!

Peter and Mike in Finance are absolute rockstars — super friendly, helpful, and genuinely go above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free.
