I've been shopping at Sephora for over 15 years, since it opened at JC Penny's. I've always been treated very well until today. The younger girls are very nice. But this older Asian lady upset me alot. Throughout the years I've spent thousands of dollars at Sephora, and I go in at times to get samples, because I like to try products to see if they actually work before I spend alot of money on junk that doesn't even work. I asked the girl for 2 samples of cream and the Asian older lady was glaring at me rudely. Then I asked the girl if there were any perfume samples because there was one that I had received before and I was thinking about buying it for my birthday along with some other products. The Older Asian lady butt's in and says, we don't have any new ones, starts treating me like I'm just mooching for free stuff. So rude! She made me feel like crap. I've been shopping there and buying alot stuff way before she even worked there.

The young lady Christy who helped check me out was absolutely wonderful! Everytime i come here, the employees are friendly, helpful, and sweet:) its a small store, i didnt expect there to be a lot of products but surprisingly they had a good variety. Will definitely be coming back!

This is the saddest Sephora I've ever been. It is always low or has no merchandise. Short staffed. During XMas only 2 people. Recently I went in and 1 person was working and according to her she could not color match. I figured well at least I could get my free bday gift. They had no gift available but offered me $5 off a purchase.. what purchase there's nothing to buy!!

came across Laura which is I believe the manager for the Sephora side of Kohls and was extremely rude to a customer I overheard her talking to. She was being disruptive and not letting the customer talk when asked about her makeup routine. After she finished up with that one customer, she overshared her conversation with her fellow employees saying "can't believe this lady just said she doesn't do her makeup but uses elf products, gross". I went up to checkout and asked her I was going to use my Sephora credit card and said no which I was ok with. She insisted on me getting the Kohls Card and said I already have it but don't want to use it. She said "then why would you apply if you aren't going to use it?? That's weird" I said "so I would appreciate it if you didn't question me since I'm giving you business and you're not nice enough to keep your words to yourself because I heard you talking about other customers behind their backs to your employees and laughing it off! I use it when I wanna use it" so instead I left and didn't buy nothing because of this rude Laura lady. Unnecessary and extremely mouthy, unprofessional and i don't care attitude.

I went in there for the first time and the young lady wasn’t friendly neither welcoming just kept putting items away didn’t even asked if i needed help, so i just left instead of purchasing.
