Store was closed during opening hours ,two employees doing absolutely nothing but hanging around . Multiple customers turned down due to lazy night crew . Sad but true .. if you work the graveyard bring your business to pilot. Not here so you can make there job easier & save your time.

The workers at this establishment were very poorly trained to serve customers. I regularly spent 140 dl but due to a small mistake by an employee they lost a customer and some family members who I will tell you are not worth it.

I was about to put gas .. I got denied the use of the public restroom .. the cashier told me it was for employees only .. so I didn’t put gas at all and I will never use this gas station ever ever again … !!!!! So I hope the manager sees this post and opens the restrooms to the public ….

Male employee had the worst customer service I have experienced, can't believe you actually talk to your paying customers that way. Wow! Sh*tt*est attitude I've encountered. When asked to speak to a manager regarding some money owed to me, this is when he went ballistic and started yelling. This place has numerous complaints but the owner does nothing to fix any problems as you can see in their reviews. Been happening for years. Car wash works half the time with half the time it is only water. "Enter it at your own risk. " Instead of them fixing the problem, they ignored the problem. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Don't believe me? Check their reviews. Truth is there. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere please. Don't get scammed like I did.

The cashiers are very nice and friendly. But the other day i went to put some gas, a lady was there yelling at the cashiers in front of customers,so rude lady. I guess she's the manager .. but she needs to be retrained or something and take classes on how to treat her staff . I felt bad for the cashiers it must have been embarrassing for them to be talked to this way infront of thier customers.
