I don't usually post a bad review but I want to be honest with my experience this morning (12/31/23 @ 930am). This is my favorite Starbucks because our family have been coming here for more than 14 years coz it's just in our neighborhood. I've always loved this location that's why I bring my friends here or so all my meetings here. But today was a whole different experience. If you're the manager of this store please take note of this. I almost asked your crew to call you but I'm so upset that I didn't want to say things that'll hurt people. My daughter ordered two drinks this morning online which we always do at least 3 to 4 days a week, most certainly on Sunday mornings. I went in past 9:30sih. My other order was ready to pick up on the table but the other one wasn't there. I waited at least a good 5 mins. Until I decided to asked the baristas if it's not ready yet. Two of them looked at each other, then one asked me if I know my other order and I said I don't since it's my daughter who placed the order on my app. She looked at her ipad browse, and browse again and said "we will do it." Her and her coworker ( a guy) looked at each other and smirked. So I waited expecting that they're doing it already. But, they keep on doing others orders in person, other people's orders online, keep on giving other people orders. 5 more so minutes of waiting I asked her, if she did my order because I'm already late to where I'm going. And her reply, "oh okay I'm gonna do it now". And looked at her guy co worker smirked again and gave me a dirty look. I don't mind whether you guys let me wait (which you did intentionally) what I do mind is your rudeness and you guys smirking and dirty look, not to say the mistake was made on your part. I spend hundreds of dollars at your location every month. Give you guys good tips. The least I expect is for you guys to have good attitudes to everyone that goes in your store. We do have favorite baristas at that location but definitely the two of you were not that, and you both need to be retrained with customers service. FYI: to the manager of this location

Every time I go in there they are out of everything I order...last visit they were out of all size cold drink cups, I tried to order 2 separate drinks and they didn't have the stuff to make it. Staff never acknowledges when a customer walks up cause early mornings before school only one worker in there. Horrible service.

The employees here like to talk about who's canceling their shift on some day rather than calling out my order. Been waiting for 10 min and they didn't even bother to call it out especially when the cashier ask for a name to be called. These high school kids should be doing their job instead of gossiping. Their voices echoes throughout the whole store. Can Starbucks bring back adults to work in a professional business rather than hiring these kids. They should be in school to know better. Also stop hiring these kids just because they know a family member who is looking for work, it's a blindside discrimination for actual adults who wants to work there. Just saying.

Went to Starbucks this morning on Herndon and willow in fresno California with my daughter. We usually go every Sunday morning. This time we had a giftcard and placed our order wich came to 16.25. The gift card had 15 dollars on it and I had 1.12 in change so i was literally short 13 cents. The worker was very smug and told me she would take one of the drinks off and I proceeded to ask if using my debit card for that little of an amount would give me a service charge as she turned her back to laugh and talk to coworkers. Her behavior was unprofessional and her attitude very unpleasant. She also gave us no napkins or straws along with the lid to one of the drinks not secured or in place causing it to spill all down my arm as she handed it to me. I will never go to Starbucks ever again!

Very good food, coffee was made the way i asked. The service is excellent i instantly got my coffee after ordering. There was nice ambience. Would recommend if you need a quick drink.

Made a stop in Salinas on the way to Paso Robles, and was pleased to find this modern and honestly kind of beautiful Starbucks in the Creekbridge Plaza! With an airy interior, terrazzo floors, and complete with a skylight, this is one of the prettiest Starbucks shops I have experienced. Plus, the employees were all extremely friendly and fast. Outside, there are some tables and woven chairs with patio umbrellas. I would hang out here for hours!

Looks like they have new staff from my last review. The staff they have now is super friendly and they are faster and get my drinks correct. I am happy to know there were positive changes although the Starbucks now looks like a hospital but looks like there’s more space. Love it. Changing my 1 star to a 5 star. Good job constitution.

First of all, I want to say that I always have great service from the employees here, especially the morning team, but I guess tonight was THE NIGHT. I went in about an hour before closing time and the girls there were doing cleaning duties. Nothing wrong with that, but when I went up to the counter to place an order Mayra was the one who rung me up. She stepped away from her sweeping duties to take my order. I told her I wanted two toasted white chocolate mocha frappes. She responded with " you said soy?" and I responded with, "um...regular"? At this point I could tell that her mind was probably somewhere else.I couldn't be further from the truth.The girl who made the drinks seemed nice, but i realized that my drinks werent right. they were two vanilla creme frappes.I'm not one to be picky or angry usually and I understand that people make mistakes, but when I informed Mayra that they didn't look like toasted white chocolate mochas, she responded kinda rudely with " I repeated your order and that's what you said." I usually don't let things get to me, but she's basically calling me a liar.You don't respond to people like that. whether they said one thing or another. you just ride it out and go on with your life, but the fact that she said that to my face, and she told the girl made my drinks that I changed my mind is ridiculous.Nothing against this place at all, but I am going to call out Mayra, from that moment I can tell what type of person she is. A lazy person who probably makes excuses for everything. Someone whose head is up in the clouds 24/7 and people have to pick up her slack. I'm sorry that the people in this store probably have to deal with her attitude that I assume she always tries to be correct about things. If I was in management, this would be an employee whose hours I would cut to the max in order for them to realize that I wouldn't want them there.Keep staying headstrong Constitution. Thanks for being there for everybody, sorry you have to deal with someone who's IQ must be room temperature warm.AVOID MAYRAParking: great parking.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Yes, was a busy Saturday morning, seemed fully staff, but inefficient, staff tripping over each other, not listening to customers. Coffee was made wrong and horrible, overcharged for baked goods and gave wrong change. After waiting over 15 min, finally gave up. Several other customers also complaining about orders wrong. Stay away from here, esp. If it's busy.
