“According to a client, the dock closest to the facility wall at the Vallarta Supermarket facility (i.e., 1050 N. Davis Road, Salinas, CA, 93907) is extremely tight with concrete medians limiting the dock door space for the tires of a dry van trailer or reefer trailer. But, the other dock furthest away from the facility’s wall has more space for the tires of a delivery trailer to maneuver about (when backing into the dock space). So, please be careful and slow with your backing (to avoid puncturing your trailer tires and/or damaging your trailer rims, if you have the dock closest to the facility’s wall).
Aside from that, the staff is friendly and the live unload lasted about 20-30 minutes (once properly docked). Also, the staff answered my client's telephone call to this facility (when she was phoning ahead for delivery instructions, because this was her 1st time delivering to this particular facility).
NOTE: Use the satellite feature within Google Maps to get an aerial view of the facility (for the sake of better navigation in and around the facility, while avoiding unfortunate delivery situations).
NOTE 02: Also, the space in and around the dock area is limited. So, please be mindful of the limited space (because inexperienced personnel may encounter some issues).”
“I just recently started shopping here and let me tell you I have been missing out, meat department is fantastic , and I’m picky about my meat I don’t eat much of it because I can’t help how I feel about it, and also the fruits and vegetables torta rolls are good to hot food is good and ales are good . Only thing I did not like was a watermelon I was expecting a real watermelon because it had seeds but it was soggy from the inside very disgusting, but that could have been jut me because I chose it but the sold it so 70-20”
