I mailed an oversized size letter. The actual postage was $2.11. They charged me $3.25. That's an up charge of 54% and the customer service lady did not tell me until she had already printed out the postage label and placed it on my piece of mail. So I just paid it. I had a couple of other small pieces of prepaid mail with me- they wanted to charge me $1.00 to drop them off. Will be filing a formal complaint with USPS and whomever else that needs to be. Everyone needs make money, I get it but this is outrageous
