Turner's Outdoorsman is a store for fishing and hunting needs, including firearms. Service is often described as excellent, good, and adequate, with staff being super helpful, informative, very knowledgeable, polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. The process can be quick and thorough. However, the line is sometimes long, suggesting a need for more staff. There is room for improvement, particularly with used gun consignment, which can be a hassle as transfers between stores are difficult and staff may talk customers out of advertised deals.
I really appreciated Chad’s customer service, patience and expertise. My experience of buying my first firearm was excellent. I walked out of there happy with my purchase regardless of the cost.

Super rude .stood for 10 minutes no one spoke or said hey I’ll be with you in a minute or even acknowledge me. Not sure how they expect to get and retain new customers when you get treated as if you don’t exist

I got my first firearm here. I was very pleased with the experience. The firearm counter does get busy, depending when you come in, so be patient. The staff here is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I will come back for sure!
