Horrible service, trying to ask an employee about an item. She straight up yelled and said HOLD ON! WOW! Definitely not going here again. Leave your problems at home and don’t bring that attitude to work.. We ended just leaving and not buying anything. Here at Macys now shopping here.

Tiffany from brows is an amazing employee. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in finding foundation color matching and other makeup. Made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

I like going here even though I come out with something different than what I went in for.
The staff is very nice. Usually very clean.
What I don't like is low stock at times a lot of things like perfume are locked up. You have to wait and ask for a box. Among other things.
The line is in an aisle!
So confusing and awkward. You can't shop on that aisle or if you're waiting you're apologizing for being in the way. Being neurodivergent I am uncomfortable waiting that long in an aisle to pay.
You can order and pick up.
It's kind of loud at times.
Over all it's convenient and next to DSW and 5 Below.
Ample parking
You don't have to go into the main mall all bonus!

Stylist was late. Did not listen to what I wanted. Made it way more shorter than what I wanted. Kept telling me to change my color. Had to get 2 other stylists to help do her job. Colored it mocha color and botched it by making it spotty on the top. Not happy about what i paid. Almost 140$. For a cut and color. Do not recommend this. I have a party in couple days and left feeling disappointed. This appointment took over 5 hours.

I got a signature haircut from here yesterday that's not a signature cut, waste of money for a bad haircut. I needed a cut badly I just moved and my bad hair days began, the cut I got is still bad hair day, she barely did anything, I asked when making appointment for someone good with curls and layers, she seemed inexperienced. Don't go here for a signature cut.

You guys, I love Ulta as a store. BUT, I always try to avoid going to the in person store unless I MUST. The lines take forever. More of the staff is overwhelmingly rude than the staff that is actually nice. Waited forever for someone to come ask if I needed help because I needed help finding something and when I asked someone she said she was just there to fix something but she went and asked someone to come help me. Then no help came so I was just there waiting.The workers there be mugging a lot just because I asked them if they have something in stock or worse straight up rolling their eyes. Overhearing hairstylist saying things like “in my chair if someone comes in with damage it’s chopped even if they didn’t ask for it” my sister booked an appointment at the salon and the guy cut off more than she requested and he kept making faces of disgust because her hair is really thick and full. Saying passive aggressive things, I just can’t 😭 if you can afford to order online I recommend that or going to Monterey/ Sephora. Sephora workers are actually nice.
