I want to take a moment to acknowledge the young ladies at the UPS Store in the Nob Hill location. They are consistently professional, courteous, and ready to take care of their customers with genuine care.
As someone who rents a mailbox at this location, I truly appreciate how they always acknowledge me when I come in to pick up my mail. Even when I’m out of town, they go the extra mile to assist me over the phone, ensuring I’m taken care of no matter where I am.
Thank you for your outstanding customer service — it does not go unnoticed!

I grew up in creek bridge and would go to their store over there. They are such nice people. I live in the south side now and have been going to that store. The girls are always very nice and helpful. Today I went in and it was my first experience with the younger gentleman that works there. I brought in a child’s guitar to mail. He told me I could not use the box I brought in. He quoted me $107 to mail to Illinois. I said no way. I took it to the regular post office. They said there was nothing wrong with my box and charged me $50 to send. I’m very confused how the guy at ups on s main quoted me a price almost 110% more that the US postal service. I don’t think he knows how to get the best price for customers and help them out. The girls always help me. This was crazy.

Bad customer service. Girl behind the counter didn’t even say hello, or give verbal instructions. I get this is a rhetorical job, but at the very least greet people and give them social cues and instructions on their return.

Horrible customer service!! I ask the employee a question and the customer answered my question!! What??? lol he just had a blank stare like are you ok? Then it’s my turn and he tells me he can’t take my package because it has a small hole and wanted me to buy tape to cover it huh what?? UPS need to train this generation customer service. Never coming here again

They helped me print out my shipping label because I had no way of printing it out on my own. Very friendly employees. I'd rate 10/10.

My experience at Salinas Nob Hill #6839 was excellent. I was having trouble getting my QR code to come up on my phone and the Clerk took her time to help me out. I highly recommend this site for all of your UPS services.

I was a little nervous about shipping $400 in xmas presents. Ups provided me with a tracking number, which once activated, I was able to share with the recipient. We were both notified via texts, the expected delivery date, as well as package delivered. Eliminated any guess work, and minimized the possibility of theft. Excellent customer service, highly recommend...??

I always get great customer service during all of my visits! The associate Briana is very kind and is always assisting me with my Amazon returns and print jobs! Highly recommend this UPS store!

This location no longer will mail packages. The service is poor. One of the young ladies who works in this location tries to be helpful; the other is very unpleasant.
