I was a little nervous about shipping $400 in xmas presents. Ups provided me with a tracking number, which once activated, I was able to share with the recipient. We were both notified via texts, the expected delivery date, as well as package delivered. Eliminated any guess work, and minimized the possibility of theft. Excellent customer service, highly recommend...??

I always get great customer service during all of my visits! The associate Briana is very kind and is always assisting me with my Amazon returns and print jobs! Highly recommend this UPS store!

This location no longer will mail packages. The service is poor. One of the young ladies who works in this location tries to be helpful; the other is very unpleasant.

I highly recommend this store in the Mesa area. I especially want to thank Shy and recommend her for management. She is always prompt, professional, and friendly. She also explains things in detail when I failed to understand a certain process. Definitely coming back and recommending to all my friends that have small businesses and friends that need to use UPS services often. Thank you store #1320!

I visited the store the other day to do a printing job and a short blond-ish girl was helping me. I can't remember her name exactly but I think it was destiny. I try not to be a difficult customer but she was being rude from the very beginning! I decided it was not worth my time to be treated that way and left. Rudest employee ever! The north main and constitution location are way more hospitable!

Spent $70 on 3 day service to ship medication to ill family member. UPS lost package & arrived over a week late! They would not refund the $70 as they won't guarantee their 3 day service due to " they way things are now"!!???? IF YOU WONT STAND BEHIND YOUR GUARANTEE - DONT OFFER IT & CHARGE PEOPLE!!!

I just called and talked to a woman twice in the last half hour and the customer service number she gave me was for a phone sex operator... when I called back and let her know the number wasn't for customer service she said "yeah I know". She gave me so much attitude about the fact that she gave me a fake number. I told her I just wanted to call her and let her know the number was compromised and she just said she knew and was wanting to know what I wanted. She made it so clear she wasn't going to help me and I can't believe she had the audacity to give me a number for a sex operator, what is wrong with you. She doesn't deserve her job, I wish I knew her name. I called on March 4 at 4:25 and 4:35pm. Unbelievable and disgusting.

Opened up a PO Box there several years ago and having this location inside nob hill has made it so convenient. My wife and i go there all the time, as in this scamdemic we ship alot. All the staff know us and especially one of them knows our schedule so much so that as we walk up if there are no other customers she is already bringing out to give it to us. Her Customer service is awsome! Thank you.
