Tracking information is utterly unreliable. They failed on 3 scheduled delivery dates in 4 days, for the same item - not yet received. No phone calls, no contacts with us. No local phone number; “customer service” is a robot. A miserable and costly experience.

Horrible experience they don’t understand addresses in Carmel instead of trying to learn which anybody who knows the area knows this… They were condescending and rude and lost a $30,000 piece of equipment. Run from this company at all cost.
