“Whole living in Salinas I loved shopping at this store. In fact my shoe rack was filled at home. Nevertheless, I still loved going into this store to check the latest in shoe styles. The staff members were always friendly and eager to assist customers to find the perfect shoe for their needs. This is one of my favorite stores at this mall.”
“Went In today for the deals and boy did I find them! While I was helped at the counter I was really impressed by the leadership / management. Joe was patient with his staff and acknowledged there performance with praise and a candy reward. I know that it sets the tone for great happy employees who actually want to work. Fabiola was also very nice and patient as I had purchased over 150 items and she was happy to help me. Had a great experience and hope to have plenty more. To be honest Marina was my favorite location but witht he remodel and awesome service, I can say tables have turned. “Working in retail is a challenge job. Like many customer service jobs, there is no tips involved whatsoever unlike every restaurant now a days. (Starbucks, Panera bread, etc.) Nonetheless, the Hollister at Salinas Mall is a great place to shop. They provide good customer service and people just need to understand that the associates job isn't easier than anyone else's. Talking to customers all day can take a toll on a person. We all have good and bad days. So far I've had a great experience at Hollister Co. in Salinas & I will continue to shop there. Unlike American Eagle, I never get greeted there.”

They have an excellent selection of clothing and merchandise, especially for anime fans, which is exactly what I’m looking for. The deals they offer are also really good, making it easy to find something fun without breaking the bank.

“I was able to go into this thrift shop with my sister on a visit to the area. I was so impressed that I decided that I would do a Google review. The store was very clean, and I noticed that the receiving area was very smooth, the professionalism of staff welcoming, and friendly. Everything was displayed beautifully. Couldn’t be happier since I know things don’t go into landfill and our passed on. Excellent review coming from me and I will go back on my next visit”

“I give this store... a five out of five. This store has great prices and deals. As I walked into the store, I knew this would be the best store to ever step into Northridge Mall. I saw beautiful dresses that were 4 to 5 dollars. The quality is great. The clothes I bought never shrunk in the washing machine. For 5-dollar T-shirts, I am impressed. There are like 50-dollar shirts from other stores that look the same as the 5-dollar shirts from Wannabe and they still shrink in the washing machine.
It is not just the quality and the price. The styles of clothes they have. There are so many colors and designs. The only thing I have to say is that they should add some graphic T-shirts. This is still one of the best stores in Northridge Mall.
There are polite workers and they are happy to help customers. The customer service is a 5 out of 5. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I am excited to shop at Wannabe again.”

They go above and beyond to assist the customers.
