BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!I just opened and account there and I asked specifically if I could open with a check or if they wanted cash as well. They told me there was an 11 day hold on checks so it would be that long to access but everything else should be fine, I said no problem. My account still said everything was pending yesterday, now I have no pending checks and negative -$75 with fees! I haven't even been in the bank 5 whole days!!! I feel scammed and like your people have no idea what they are even talking about when asked specific questions! Like you don't care at all! And of course this is all posted in a Saturday on a Holiday weekend so I have to wait until Tuesday to talk to a human being and get all these charges off and see what the hell happened and shut that down if necessary. I literally received no services yet, no reason for the check not being there, just no record it even existed! I know for a fact the checks were valid and good. NO REASON AND NO RECOURSEThis is the worst thing that could have happened to me. BEWARE!!!

Agree with others, the telephone customer service is probably the worst out of any I've banked with. Like others, did not get awarded a measly loan for overdraft protection with a good credit score. BUNK. Probably will leave for another CU :(

I’ve never been to an establish with worse customer service! I can’t even begin to describe the rudeness of the staff, this however pales in comparison to the poor business practices of this branch. Save yourself the time a frustration and go anywhere else.

Current workers at the San Andreas branch are awful . Not helpful don't follow through I did a change of address form and they never imputed it and most likely "sent it to the shredder" .

Had a friend try to open an account. They refused to open an account for them, and when they refused he justifiably was upset he said a single cuss word. The branch manager then lost her composure and threatened to have him arrested, then lied to the police saying he threatened them.This is a strange thing to do in an all white community as a young minority male. Just gonna leave that statement there.As a customer, I wonder why I should remain a customer.

The most awful, unprofessional banking moment ever....YET a true gift from GOD to keep us from opening a new account. Thank you for extremely poor service and sparing us from many more bad experiences in the future. I highly recommend customer service training for this branch of bank employees, at least for the two women working on 6/27/23 at 3pm.

Stopped to use the ATM. It looks very old, and the screen is wavy and pixelated. I almost didn't want to put my card into it. I did. Everything was OK. Get a new machine asap. Nobody goes into banks anymore, and this is unexcusable. I will add photos if they don't replace it soon.

Worst bank I ever dealt with in my life besides Wells Fargo, never answer the phone, never call you back, wouldn't give me more than a $2,000 credit limit on my MasterCard I'm 67 and I had a good amount in the bank in savings. Told me they would let me know why called three times no answers they would call me back never did. I would never ever deal with this bank again on top of many other reasons why I closed my account and moved somewhere else.

Walked in at 3:45 to open an account and got turned away because they were “on breaks.” Then the teller disappeared for 5 minutes to approve an appointment for the next day at 3:30. This place is unprofessional to say the least. I walked straight to Umpqua Bank across the street and got instant service.

Very inconvenient business hours and charges you to pay a loan almost any way you pay it. Never again will I get a loan from this bank. Terrible service all around!!

I left B of A to come to this local CU that my mom banks through. I opened up a checking a couple years back and they've been FANTASTIC. Last November applied for a personal loan that my mom co-signed and even the interest didn't seem that bad!They've been so quick to help me, even on my lunch time, I've been in and out without going over my allotted time! Just recently I needed to change to the new app and they offered to walk me through the process. They're very thorough. I love the staff, the banking is SUPER convenient, and I don't think you'll find me not at a CU ever again, unless I become a millionaire. CSCU is especially good for new credit-card holders (they're interest SLAYS other CC companies), new low amount loan holders, or someone who is just trying to save money while using a checking. Very much worth coming here, if you want to stay local.

The hours of this credit union have always been a problem. No Saturdays and after 5:00 hours. So if you work it is really inconvenient unless you don't mind always having to use the ATM. And now with the COVID-19 situation the CU is only open 2 hours a day from 11 am until 1 pm. I find this to be a problem with other banking establishments have managed more reasonable hours. Sorry Central State but I've had enough and closing my accounts.
