Made an appointment to speed the visit up. Got there 15 minutes prior and watched as walk in were serviced before I was. I waited 45 minutes after my appointment to get called on. As always our government agencies failing at anything they do.

Waited to get served in DMV on Thursday. Granted didn't have an appointment but even those who did had to wait at least 2 hours. I had another appointment so had to leave.
Tried to do it online but I'm required to go in. It's disgusting the amount we pay for this service!

I thought for sure something was wrong when I arrived to see the empty lot on a Thursday but nope I had the place all to myself!
The staff was the best here and was not the feel of all the other DMVs I have been in.

Too much waste of time, there are so longer to open They are just play the system. Somebody change the schedule. It should be Monday to Friday.

San Andreas DMV is only open Tuesday and Thursday. Waiting area packed all day today, only 3 clerks available, and not very patient.

Lots of people but still only took 45 minutes start to finish. In San Jose I would have been there at least 5 hours. Very happy it doesn't take all day in San Andreas.

Such a great service and wonderful people work at this DMV office ! Definitely dirt service from Arnold ! Fast efficient and very very friendly. Both Scott and Dan are knowledgeable and take pride in what they doing , as helping us ,customers, to solve our problems . Thank you .

Worst experience. The worst place to take a test. They don't care. They only have two computers to take the test on. Only 2 workers in a tiny room. Yet if I take the test in the bay area it's automatically passed but here you have to know motorcycle laws when taking a basic test. Be prepared to retake the test more than once.
