Amazing staff! I ran in the bank today (not even a customer of their bank) and needed to get a large sum of money out, and they were so helpful. Provided easy and understanding access to the funds and were incredibly assisting. I'll be back.

The staff is friendly. Never had an issue. Love the environment. All the branches seem pretty friendly and have a positive and energetic atmosphere.

If your looking for a bank that has friendly, helpful and absolutely wonderful employees then this is the bank for you ! It is always my pleasure to go to this bank as the tellers are as kind and pleasant as you could ever ask for. Banking here will restore your faith in small town local businesses for sure. Avery

Horrible customer service, nothing is ever their fault and they don't care to help when there is a problem they just give you a 1-800 number which leads to a recorded voice message not a real person.. Not all their employees are rude but there are a few with bad people skills and this acceptable by Kathrine the bank manager.. The bank manager is the worse (Kathrine), she is horrible and doesn't care about you as a customer.. She will not help and says it's not their fault, for example our mortage lender switch to a different company and we had already sent a check for the $1,250 to the old company so we called our bank to cancel that check (we talked to Kathrine) about canceling it. We gave her all the info to have check stopped (amount, check number, company it was made out too....) We thought everything was good until the $1,250 went through to pay our new lenders and also the check we thought should have been stopped also went through for $1,250 to pay the old lender.. We had paid $35 to have that check stopped they still let it go through.. So I went to the bank to have them stop the check and to have them replace the $1,250.. The whole time Kathrine was saying that wasn't their fault and then she tried to tell me they didn't need to put back the $1,250 because it was a wash.. Um no there was a total of $2,500 taken out of my account when that check should have been stopped and there should have only been $1,250 taking our for my mortgage.. I had to argue for an hour with her it took a whole to get my money replaced and they wouldn't even give us the $35 back for the check cancelation fee even though they didn't stop the check.. Kathrine tried to tell me it was our fault because we didn't put the right amount on the cancelation request... Um lets see the amount was off 1 cent (1 penny), we didn't fill out the request (Kathrine did) she took the information over the phone (she entered in the information wrong not us).. But yet some how it was our fault.. This is just one out of 3 examples of incident I have had with them.. Please take your money somewhere else.. They are very rude.. I have also tried to ask for Katherine's manager number and she refuses to give it to me and gives a 1-800 number instead do she knows I can't reach an actual person to make a complaint... I do not think this place even deserves one star but you have to put it..
