Nice that you can rent over the phone or through their website and then just bring your own lock to assigned unit. Prices were lower than the other places I checked. Site is clean and secure and customer service is good.

Very satisfied with SAMS. Facility is clean and the grounds are well maintained. Jimmy the manager was always available and very helpful. Within days of notifying him of my rental termination he promptly issued both the return of the deposit and the unused portion of the monthly rent. Based on the above I would definitely use them again for any future storage needs.

1 Winter past since I visited. Water Couldn't Come via access door! From Roof? Precious Leathers from Portugal; packed with deliberate care destroyed by H2O.HOW? Field mice happen. Highly recommend this place. The staff was helpful and friendly. The unit I rented was clean and spacious. I noticed many security cameras on site . Happy to support a local business. Will use them for all of my storage needs in the future. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family.

Safe location outside San Andreas. Door latches do need some maintenance on the storage doors.

Great locally owned company. They really take care of their facility and keep things clean and secure. I really appreciate the customer service. When I had a question, the owner called me directly and helped get it resolved.
