Absolutely the best in the business of moving! I love that Birch Circle provided eco friendly moving bins- so easy to use. The team was communicative, friendly, professional and efficient. We had them pack our things, move and unpack. Birch Circle even provided a professional organizer (Kelleigh💜) to help us unpack beautifully. I am very pregnant so I needed help with everything and they exceeded my expectations and made the whole process seamless and stress free. Big thank you to Edgar and his team -Jordan, Jamison, Juan, Jesus, and Luis! Would recommend and use them again.

Can't sing Birch Circle's praises enough! We were totally unprepared to move due to work loads. The team showed up promptly at 8:00am and had us all packed and in the truck by 2:00; we actually had an evening in our new home. There were especially careful with our toddler who was running after everyone, really appreciated that.

I reached to Birch Circle Movers late last week for a competitive bid. Their manner was professional, their response with a bid was quick (same afternoon), their availability for the move was immediate (Monday morning, 4 days later), and their bid was competitive, clean, and professional.
I ended up selecting a different mover that I've worked with multiple times in the past. But had I not had that prior relationship, I would've been very comfortable going with Birch Circle Movers. I recommend.

Birch Circle Movers were amazing. They handled everything with professionalism, kindness, skill, quickly, it was an absolute joy to work with the team. As a single woman I felt safe. Birch Circle Movers is by far the best experience I've ever had with moving - they made it seamless and easy with the most amazing customer service as well as great communication. Starting with my first conversation with Alton, to the actual move with the team - Edgar, Jordan, Jamison. I felt safe, secure and well taken care of. The team also shared how much they like working for this company - it was clear Birch takes care of their employee's. Might I dare to say they made moving fun!

The team at Birch Circle is fantastic. We used them three times in two years to move our family between homes. Luis and his team are professional, polite, and very careful with everything they touch. They dealt with oversized items, carrying things into an attic, taking apart and reassembling furniture and gym equipment and moving heavy pottted plants - and did it all with a gentle touch and a big smile. I really cannot recommend them highly enough!

Thank you Birch Circle Movers! I recently moved locally within Marin. I had not moved in 15 years and was very nervous about the process. Alton, the project manager, was understanding and patient with my questions. He explained the process well and found a creative solution to accommodate a special request I had. I decided to have them pack for me too, and I would definitely recommend doing that. Luis expertly packed all my antique glass and pottery which I was nervous about moving and everything arrived in perfect condition. Jesus packed all my small collectibles with care making sure none of them would be lost in the packing paper. Everyone worked very hard and quickly. On delivery day they reassembled and placed all my furniture where I needed it and protected my new floors. They came back a few days later to remove all the packing material, boxes and bins. I would highly recommend Birch Circle Movers. They delivered on everything they promised, were easy to work with and were great problem solvers when needed. I'm happy to support this local small business. Thanks guys! Amy

Birch Circle Movers are the best! the scheduling was very easy and responsive. My two guys were amazingly fast and hardworking. They were professional and know how to properly stage on a single lane roadway in Marin. It was worth every penny I spent!

This is the third time I've worked with Birch Circle Movers, and each time they have been terrific. They are communicative, precise, kind, response, fairly prices, and eager to please. Ed and Edgar went out of their way several times today to help me think things through and move as smoothly as possible. I have moved MANY times, and Birch Circle is just awesome!!

I've used Birch Circle Movers twice now, and they'll do all my future moves. The office is easy to get in touch with, organized, clear on details, and were able to take care of all the necessary documentation my super strict building required for moving companies.
The moving team was on time, moved quick, and made sure all my stuff was well protected. They brought everything that was needed, including plastic wrap, moving blankets, wardrobe boxes, and tools to breakdown some large furniture.
I would (and do) recommend Birch Circle to anybody looking to move.

The whole experience was fantastic and I could not be have been happier with my choice to use Birch Circle Movers. They dropped off bins and wrapping paper ahead of time (and checked in to see if we needed more); on the day itself, the team was friendly and worked smoothly and efficiently and completed the move without any hiccups. They arrived on time, got to work immediately, and were done well before the estimated move time. There was no pressure to unpack and return the bins immediately either. I will be using them again and have told my circle of friends/family to use them without fail!

'WHITE GLOVE SERVICE’ at reasonable rates!
My Realtor suggested contacting Birch Circle Movers for an upcoming move into my new home. We called several local movers in San Rafael, before I contacted Alton at Birch Circle.
After sending him a few photos of items to be moved and the logistics he quickly worked up a Quote/Contract and all the paperwork was completed online. We booked a move date for
3 weeks in advance due to the busy June moving season.
On the date arranged the two Movers arrived on time and had all their supplies ready for efficient, expert packing. They were extremely polite, professional and efficient. Every detail was handled with 'white glove' care (zero breakage) !
I was very impressed with the entire team at Birch Circle.
Simply the BEST Home Move I have ever experienced.
A special thanks to the 'move team' for making the new home move-in a delightful day!

The guys from Birch Circle were amazing. Super friendly, so fast, totally willing to go the extra mile whenever we needed something. Everything was moved in flawless condition and the guys all seemed like they were having fun during the packing and the move. Overall a positive experience which was not what I was expecting from a move!
