Was in a multiple offer situation. The other offer was all cash but they liked us more but my clients did not have a pre approval in place without which Seller could not accept our offer........Chris performed miracles on a Friday at 5pm and we got the house!!!!!So a good honest expert and right here at the hub!!!!
