I highly recommend Earthwise Energy. They designed and installed a ~30kW solar system for our home, along with a car charger and battery backup. We were referred to Earthwise by the company that renovated our home. We did our research, read all the other wonderful reviews, and the owner of Earthwise, Jason, even connected me with another client who sang his praises. Even with all these wonderful referrals and recommendations, Earthwise still exceeded our very high expectations at every level and phase of the project. In short, you can actually believe the hype!Jason and his entire team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Jason patiently and enthusiastically walked us through all of our options, as well as explained the entire installation and approval process to us. He has always been accessible, responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. The only “delay” in the entire process was because of PGE bureaucracy, which we were prepared for because Jason warned us about it from the outset.We couldn’t be happier with the end result. We have exactly what we wanted and there were no unanticipated delays or cost overruns. Jason and his team are extremely knowledgeable, patient, enthusiastic and professional. If you want the job done right, on time and on budget, go with Jason and Earthwise.

We unequivocally recommend Earthwise Energy Solutions for solar and battery installation. Rarely have we experienced such dedicated, personable and responsive people as Jason has assembled at Earthwise – a joyful discovery. At all times, Larry, Eddie, and Jason promptly answered our many questions and clearly explained their assessments of our possibilities and reasonable schedules for implementing the best option. And Antonio explained, with great patience, the installation process as we hovered around him while he was working (sorry, Antonio). There is much to be cynical about when it comes to contractors, but Earthwise restores our faith in good people and good works. The solar is great, as promised, and the app is really fun (and educational). Thank you so much.

Jason has been instrumental in helping our family convert to dependable, low emission SOLAR energy! Jason made the conversion super efficient and really quite easy: Jason and Earthwise have made the transition truly seamless. Jason is super responsive, knows what he is talking about, and has worked at all times to get us the best quality and the best pricing. He has shown us how to control and modulate our output remotely. I would have done this 10 years ago if I had known how easy it was. It feels great to be on solar and it is nice to ignore the "outage in your area" texts from PG&E! I strongly recommend Jason and Earthwise.

We researched a number of solar companies and decided on Earthwise, even though it was a little more expensive. We got this right! Earthwise was responsive, was quick to follow up on questions and did a great job of planning and installing our system. When we had issues, they were very quick to come out and make adjustments. We would highly recommend Jason and his team. Being a very local company with an office nearby gave us the confidence they would be there for us when needed.

Jason and his team were fantastic to work with - very straightforward, open, and explained things well. They were mid-range in price, but we got top of the line service. A year later we went back and had them install a back-up battery - fantastic decision. They are super responsive to any question. Highly recommend!

We have had solar panels since 2004. Earthwise is the third solar company we have worked with, and it is by far the best. Jason, the owner, runs an efficient, client friendly operation. The staff at Earthwise are knowledgeable and address any and all concerns that come up. And, they always answer the phone! Need I say more.

Jason and his crew did a great job on the installation and it's up and running like a charm. When we had a power outage the battery kicked in within seconds and everything continued to run very promptly. We're very pleased with the results!

reached out to Jason at Earthwise Energy after a ridiculous number of months trying to coordinate solar panels, and then a solar roof, with Tesla. We had a very positive experience with Earthwise. Jason was incredibly responsive and clearly explained the system to us. He wasn't up-selling us and thus far we've had a wonderful experience with our solar (about 10 months in). We are so happy to have it, especially with such high gas prices! We charge an EV off it and feel fortunate to be able to be doing our part. Jason and his team are great and this is also an opportunity to support a local business. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Earthwise. We received a number of different bids to install solar on our house with a backup battery. We had unusual circumstances that required a lot of handholding and extra work on Earthwise's part. Jason and his team handled each step of the bid, installation, and followup process professionally, politely, and expediently. It gives us great reassurance with all of the PGE power shutoffs to have our solar and battery backup. I'm so relieved we chose Earthwise.

Several years ago I decided to do the right thing and get solar panels. I did not know much about the details of solar: which panels to get, where to put them, installation etc..So I contacted several companies. After talking to Jason Hamilton the owner of Earthwise Energy I chose them to install my system.Reasons being: they were very knowledgable, accessible, reasonably priced, local with mostly local employees, reliable and trustworthy.This was several years ago. I have an electric bill that is only several dollars per month which is helpful. The decision I made to have solar has changed my life because it helps me, my family, the environment and the planet. Earthwise did a remarkable job getting our solar array installed in a time of material shortages. There were a couple of delays that had to do with waiting for parts that were not available, one was for a placard required by the building department and the other was for the electric car charging system. Neither delayed the panel installation or getting the system up and running. The crew was very pleasant and easy to work with. Bella, the office manager is a delight. Overall we were very pleased!
