“We used Birch Circle to move my mom from a 3 bedroom home to a retirement community 1 br. Luis and Jésus did a terrific job. They did some packing of fragile objects and had to take apart and put back together a queen bed. It went very quickly and we were moved in much quicker than expected, with everything intact. They were very patient with my mom about placing the oriental rugs a couple of different times. All in all, a very positive experience. The guys answering the phone were very professional and pleasant too. Pricing was fair and reasonable.”

From the moment that Rich met me at my storage unit, I knew that his family business was the one to trust. Rich's communication was easy and thorough and responsive. His guys were AWESOME on the day of the move. Totally efficient, professional, careful, and a good attitude throughout the day. Honestly, I told my friends and family that the day that they moved all my stuff was one of the most relaxed days I'd had in weeks. I literally didn't lift a thing and they took care of repacking anything that could possibly be damaged. Also, I never felt pressured to sign on with them. To top it off, Rich's sister and brother-in-law (and their dog) were super fun and friendly when I stopped by their office to sign some papers. I wasn't in SC to receive my stuff, but my neighbors said that the 3 person team, lead by Eddy, was fast, efficient, easy and fun. Can't beat that! Thanks to Rich and the whole team.”

“Had them move my roommate and I's apartments (2 separate locations). Took 6 hours total, they moved and assembled couches/beds/furniture. They were upfront about costs, they were quick and hard workers. There weren't any crazy hidden fees, $100 an hour + $50 gas fee, minimum 3 hours. That was reasonable. Most other places quoted $150 an hour and a percentage gas fee.”

They worked quickly and carefully and got the whole job done in a day, including carrying boxes we had moved to the new garage to their respective rooms in the new house. I contacted them about a piece of furniture not having been put back together correctly (and was too hard for me to fix on my own) and they came back and fixed it.”

First thing they do is professionally and politely introduce themselves to you. These guys are very personable and you feel as if you know them. A great customer service trait. “I ordered service 6/27/2019 to have my vehicle transported from WA to UT. It was assigned for transport on 7/09/2019. I have my car on 7/11/2019 and it is working fine and has not a scratch on it. I did have quite the wait to get it assigned but I do understand that it takes a while to find a driver headed on this route. I was patient. If someone is dependent upon getting it fast, you would need to pay for the faster service. I got the economical service and am ok with my results. My driver was very personable and careful and helpful. He drove from Renton, WA to Utah County and had more than my vehicle. I was appreciative of his positive attitude and professionalism. I'm very pleased with the service. I did give four stars because of the statement of when my vehicle would be assigned not lining up with what actually happened but overall, I'm very pleased with this transaction.”
