I’m blanking on the managers name, but he’s a very kind and knowledgeable person. He let my friend and I hang up a lost pet poster today which was very sweet. Every time he’s helped us he has amazing customer service and genuinely seems like he is interested in your pets health.

In store, the dog food I buy is "buy 3, get 1 free" but, if you preorder online, you pay for all 4. This is not mentioned on the website when you preorder for pick up. A little transparency would have kept me as a customer.
