Very good place to exercise. Scott is always giving a different set of exercises so you always work out all the muscles. There is outdoor classes and zoom classes. I enjoy a lot going to the classes. And during these pandemic times he is ensuring safety amongst the students and providing sanitizers for each station. It's been great!

I love working out at Stamina. I was so weak when I started but after months of persistence and guidance I feel better & stronger than I have in years. Scott and his team always make you feel welcome and you are guaranteed to sweat!

This gym pushes you. Hard. Like be prepared to sweat and try to catch your breathe for the whole workout. And then walk out feeling bad-ass, motivated (hopefully) to improve, and a little sore ;) As a disclaimer: I have never been a member of this gym. I have, however, dropped in for classes here using ClassPass. I think I've taken 15-20 classes over the span of a few months, and even though I no longer have class pass (I go to school across the country), I still try to drop in when I am in the area. The workouts are all cross-training, so expect to see things like running, squats, pull-ups, push-ups, etc. throughout the workout. It's similar to CrossFit in that regard, and I believe some of the coaches have a crossfit background, but minus the heavy-lifting PR component. If you have never done a squat, or attempted a plank, this might not be the (drop-in) class for you as it's quite fast-paced and requires you to have some understanding of form and movement. However, this is from my drop-in perspective- I'm sure starting out you can find an intro/ training or 1-on-1 coaching to learn the basic movements. As a newbie, the class and regular members can be intimidating- you might find yourself scaling a lot of the workout, working at a pace slower than everyone else, being last to finish, whatever -- the important thing is that you are pushing yourself, doing the best you can, and using proper form so as to avoid hurting yourself. The coaches are great and will accommodate you and ensure this. TL; DR: The classes here are difficult and you might start to question life half-way through. But that's how you get better and healthier! Coaches are great- each with their own style- and owner Scott is super friendly.

Great work out! I have been coming for about a month and half and already have trimmed up and feeling really strong. Awesome coaching that makes you feel like you are having a personal training session. Every day is different, keeping the workout fun and your muscles stimulated. Highly recommend!

Every class and teacher is so different and available to teach every level. So different from any other gym I've been to...you can definitely tell that they care about each and every person's progress and goals. This is definitely a keeper in San Anselmo!!
