The Japanese gentleman who seemed to be in training was very helpful, however I cannot say that about their branch manager who actually went out of her way to NOT be helpful; to a point I am re-thinking my entire banking relationship with Westamerica.
The wrong person is running that branch!

Friends do professional. If I have any issues they will get it resolved. Great small and local bank.
