John spent 2+ hours working with me and my 2 road bikes. I'd been riding them with improper cleat settings and seats that were WAY out of adjustment. The improvements were immediate. I can't wait to get my bikes on the road. Wish I had done this much sooner. Highly recommended for professional bike fitting!!!
