I'm very upset about the rude and unprofessional treatment I received from your cashier, Ashley. I was purchasing just two items and declined a bag and cart, yet she put my food in a shopping cart. When I tried to move it to take my items, she loudly questioned me about the cart in front of a line of customers, which was quite embarrassing. She had a clear attitude with me despite my polite request to just take my items. It was also apparent that she was much nicer to the customers who followed me

Good selection of healthier choices. 4 stars though because I have never seen a grocery market charge quarters to use a shopping cart. I feel like it's to help combat theft but at the cost of honest shoppers who may need to use it but don't have any change.

The good thing about Aldi..they sell lamb with or without seasoning.
Deposit .25cents for the shopping cart, and will get back deposit when return to the right place and or some customer(s will give you .25 cents to re-use without putting it back to its original location.
The bagging process..their cashiers will scanned and placed all your items in the cart without bags. Customers has to bag it after they scanned and placed all items in the cart.
And again..limited items compared to stater bros but with their most reasonable prices than stater bros.

As far as the store.. I don't have any problems except my last purchase of a 1 lb package of spring mix salad was moldy when I opened it! I tried calling telephone number listed.. it refers you to the website where you don't get help either it's complicated to maneuver. So in essence, to GET HELP by using telephone number which doesn't go to the store, you get a recording that says "to keep prices low go to our website" It's a nightmare.. only gives you certain options to convey a message and trying to write to them didn't work in their web page. I had an issue a few months ago, found this out.. no way to talk with a real person I had to figure out how to email them and very received a very limited response.
