I've been with this group since it purchase Austin Cooper and Price. Been happy until now. They have been very difficult to get ahold of. Been calling for over a week now. Maybe they don't need my business anymore.

AND, FOR SOME REASON THEY DON'T LIST A FAX NUMBER. VERY STRANGE AND INCONVENIENTTo Alliant Insurance Services, Inc.I found their fax number very easily; it's listed under their phone number on their webpage. Also, they prefer to email Ins. companies and businesses scanned in documents. It's much more expedient, fast to do and no charge at all since it's all an image they send. I certainly hope your rating of three stars isn't JUST that you couldn't find a fax number? The ratings should be based on much more than that. Also, you surely could have called them to get their fax number. Perhaps just a little more effort on your part may have ended quite well for you. I'm sorry you weren't satisfied and decided to simply write them off over the fact that you couldn't find their fax number. How sad. They may have changed the lives of your diabetic policy holders, and cost you much less in the long run.and saved the lives of your diabetic policy holders. .
